Meta Ad Library search: see the Facebook and Instagram ads any business runs.
Build a search for Meta's own Ad Library by country, business or keyword, and open it in one click. Then read what the ads tell you about a competitor's offers, and get their Google ads in our free report.
How to read your result
- The Ad Library is Meta's own public list of ads running on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and the Audience Network. This page builds the search and opens it on Meta's site; we do not copy or store anything from it.
- For normal business ads, Meta does not publish spend or impressions. It publishes spend only for ads about social issues, elections or politics.
- Look for ads that have run for a long time: advertisers rarely keep paying for an ad that does not bring customers.
Meta Ad Library search: questions.
Anything else, ask us directly.
What is the Meta Ad Library?
A public search of the ads running across Meta's apps (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and the Audience Network). Anyone can search it by advertiser name or keyword, without a Facebook account for most searches.
How do I see a competitor's Facebook ads?
Choose the country, type the competitor's page name or a keyword, and open the search. You see their active ads, when each one started and the versions they run. Use the filters on Meta's page to narrow by platform or media type.
Can I see how much a competitor spends on Facebook ads?
No, not for normal business ads. Meta shows spend and reach ranges only for ads about social issues, elections or politics.
Does this tool scrape Facebook?
No. It only builds the address of a search on Meta's own Ad Library and opens it in your browser. Nothing is collected or stored.
Can I see a competitor's Google ads as well?
Yes. Our free competitor ads report shows the Google ads a competitor runs, from Google's Ads Transparency Center, with their paid keywords and the advertising tags on their site.
