What is a grid point?
One Google Maps check from one spot. A 5 x 5 scan checks 25 spots around your business, so it uses 25 points. Your plan includes a number of points each month, and the dashboard shows how many are left.
How accurate is it?
Each point is a real Google Maps search made from that location, the way a customer nearby would search. Google personalises results, so one person may see a slightly different order, but the grid shows the pattern reliably.
How quickly do scans finish?
Usually within minutes. At busy times it can take longer. We email you when each new map is ready.
Can I track several locations or clients?
Yes. Growth covers 5 businesses and Agency covers 25, each with as many keywords as your points allow.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from "Manage billing" on your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
Do I need to give you access to my Google Business Profile?
No. We only need your business name to find it on Google Maps, and the searches you want to track.
