Affiliate programme terms.

These terms apply to the Drivix affiliate programme. By applying, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, ask us at info@drivix.io before you apply.

1. Who we are

1.1 "Drivix", "we" and "us" mean Drivix FZ-LLC, licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), licence number 17004735, FDCW2101, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

1.2 "You" means the person or business accepted into the programme ("affiliate").

2. Joining

2.1 Anyone over 18 can apply. We review every application and may accept or decline it without giving a reason.

2.2 Once accepted, you get a personal referral link and a private dashboard. Keep your dashboard link to yourself.

2.3 You are an independent partner, not our employee or agent. You cannot make promises, quotes or agreements on our behalf.

3. Referrals

3.1 A referral is a business that contacts us, books a call or uses one of our free tools after visiting through your link, or that you introduce from your dashboard with their agreement.

3.2 When someone uses your link, we remember it for that visit, and for 90 days if they accept marketing cookies on our site. If they use another affiliate's link later, the most recent link counts.

3.3 A referral only counts if the business is new to us: not an existing client and not already in contact with us before your referral.

3.4 You cannot refer yourself, your own business or your employer, or anyone who already works with us.

3.5 Our records decide whether a referral is credited. If you think a referral was missed, tell us within 60 days and we will look at it.

4. Commission

4.1 You earn 10% of what each client you referred pays us, for as long as they remain our client, unless we agree a different rate with you in writing when you are accepted.

4.2 Commission is calculated on the amount the client actually pays, before VAT and other taxes, and excludes advertising budgets paid through us to platforms such as Google or Meta, refunds and third-party costs passed through at cost.

4.3 Commission is held for 30 days after the client pays, to allow for refunds, cancelled invoices and chargebacks. After that it becomes available in your dashboard.

4.4 If a payment is refunded, cancelled or reversed, the related commission is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, we deduct it from your next payout.

4.5 We may change the commission rate for the future with 30 days' written notice. Commission already earned is not affected.

5. Payouts

5.1 We pay available commission once a month by bank transfer, when your available balance reaches AED 500 (or the equivalent shown in your dashboard for USD or GBP). Smaller balances carry over to the next month.

5.2 Commission is paid in the currency the client paid in. Add your bank details in your dashboard. Bank charges on your side are yours.

5.3 You are responsible for any tax, VAT or registration that applies to the commission you receive in your country. If you are VAT registered and need to invoice us, tell us and we will agree the process.

6. How you promote Drivix

6.1 Be honest. Only describe our services, prices and results as they appear on our website, and never promise results.

6.2 Always make clear that you may earn a commission, as advertising rules in your country require (for example, the UK ASA and CMA rules, or the UAE National Media Authority rules for advertising content).

6.3 You must not:

• bid on "Drivix" or variations of our name or domain in paid search, or use them in your own domain names or social handles;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or buy email lists;
• pretend to be Drivix, or use our logo in a way that suggests you are us;
• offer cash, gifts or discounts to get people to use your link, unless we agree in writing;
• use pop-ups, hidden links, cookie stuffing or any trick that credits you without a genuine introduction.

6.4 Only introduce a business from your dashboard if they have agreed to be contacted by us.

7. Personal information

7.1 We use your details to run the programme and pay you, as described in our privacy notice. We show you the names of the businesses you referred and the commission on them, but not their private details or invoices.

8. Ending the programme

8.1 You can leave at any time by emailing info@drivix.io.

8.2 We can suspend or end your participation at any time. If you break these terms, we can cancel commission that has not yet been paid.

8.3 If your participation ends for any other reason, we pay the commission you have already earned, but you do not earn commission on payments made after it ends.

8.4 We may change or close the programme with 30 days' notice.

9. Liability

9.1 Our total liability to you under the programme is limited to the commission due to you in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

10. Law and disputes

10.1 We will always try to settle a disagreement by talking first. Email info@drivix.io.

10.2 These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction.
