The UAE Digital Marketing Benchmark Report 2026
Drivix TeamLast updated: 2026-09-15
Most "benchmark" content in the UAE market is either a price list or an anonymised claim with no way to check it. This report uses only named, verifiable results from real UAE campaigns, AED 2.5M+ in managed ad spend across 100+ brands, to show what digital marketing actually delivers, by channel, with the receipts attached.
Why this report is different
Every number in this report is a named, real campaign result, not a survey average or an "industry benchmark" nobody can verify. We are not claiming this represents every agency or every UAE business, it represents what happened in real, run campaigns that we can point to. Where we give general market pricing context, we say so explicitly and separate it from our own verified results.
Portfolio-level numbers
The scale most single case studies cannot show. These are aggregate, verified totals across the full body of work, not one flattering example.
- AED 2.5M+ in ad spend managed
- 100+ brands scaled
- 90%+ client retention
- 21M+ people reached
- 50,000+ leads and customer conversations generated
- 587,000+ ad clicks driven
Real results, by channel
Named clients, verifiable numbers.
SEO
Beefurb Technologies (ecommerce, refurbished electronics): 69,100 organic clicks and 1.2M impressions over the verified 12-month period, an average of ~5,758 organic clicks per month, average position 10.7 across its Apple, MacBook, iPad and laptop collections, verified via Google Search Console.
Google Ads
Beefurb Technologies: a ~4.5x return on ad spend, verified against tracked sales (AED 44,700 spend, 25,800 actions). No verified campaign duration is recorded for this result, so the total stands on its own rather than as a monthly average.
Cosmos (retail): 218,692 clicks and approximately 66,900 store visits, calls and direction requests. No verified campaign duration is recorded for this result, so the total stands on its own rather than as a monthly average.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
Cosmos (retail): 11.8M people reached. No verified campaign duration is recorded for this result, so the total stands on its own.
Beefurb Technologies: 43,717 customer conversations generated via WhatsApp and Messenger.
Lead generation
Karate Pro (multi-branch fitness/education): approximately 16,000 leads and enquiries across Google and Meta combined, the largest single lead total in this report. No verified campaign duration is recorded for this result, so the total stands on its own rather than as a monthly average.
Celesta Clean (home services): approximately 2,365 leads generated. No verified campaign duration is recorded for this result either.

Market cost context
This is general market context, not a claim about what any specific agency charges. Typical UAE monthly retainer ranges:
- Single channel (one of SEO / Google Ads / Meta): AED 3,000-5,000+/month management fee
- Full-service (multiple channels run together): AED 8,000-25,000+/month management fee
- Ad spend (the actual Google/Meta media budget) is always separate from the management fee, treat any quote that blends the two as a red flag

What this data suggests
An honest reading, not a sales pitch.
- Return on ad spend is achievable and measurable when tracking is set up properly from day one. The ~4.5x figure above is verified against actual sales, not modelled.
- Lead volume varies enormously by industry and offer, not by agency skill alone. A multi-branch business and a single-site business will never produce comparable lead totals, and any "benchmark" that ignores this is misleading.
- Reach and engagement on Meta scale fastest when a brand already has some organic presence to build on.
Frequently asked questions
Is this report based on a survey of UAE businesses?
No. It's drawn from Drivix's own run campaigns, named and verifiable. We say this plainly because most "benchmark reports" imply broader research than they actually did.
Why no cost-per-lead or ROAS-by-industry table?
Because we don't have enough verified, comparable data across enough industries to publish a credible one, and a table built on thin data is worse than no table. We'd rather show you five real, named results than twenty invented averages.
How often is this updated?
Quarterly, or sooner if a new verified result is significant enough to add. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the last time every figure was checked against our internal records.
